Due to two-week pop-up restaurant project, Gelbe Seiten (Yellow Pages) became the „Talk Of The Town" in Frankfurt. The concept, design and implementation were created by envy. Gelbe Seiten, a German Deutsche Telekom subsidiary, wanted to present to potential new clients the advertising effectiveness of their publications, implementing social media interaction into the campaign. For this purpose, envy developed Germany’s first pop-up diner: Secret Bar-BQ. From conception and construction to marketing and catering services, we handled all aspects of this ambitious experiment. Considering the limited budget, tight timelines and demanding regulatory requirements, the project was a real success.In addition to a huge media echo, Secret Bar-BQ became an authentic meeting place for Frankfurt’s restaurant scene and local lifestyle industry.
